How can I pay at whatsart?

You can choose between prepayment by direct deposit and Paypal. Note that it may take several business days upon payment until we receive the money. For more information about the payment terms and conditions please click here.


Why are the prices displayed incl. 19% VAT?

As we are located in Germany, our indicated prices must include the national 19% value added tax. If you order from a non-EU-country you only pay the net prices without VAT. Once you enter your shipping adress during the order process, our system recognises your country of origin and the prices will be shown accordingly for the delivery country.

Note: If you order from a country within the EU, you have to pay the prices incl. 19% VAT.


How do you ship the artworks?

After receiving your payment your order will be processed and shipped. Because we know about the fragility of the unique artworks, we attach great importance to resistant packaging and safe shipping. All our packages and shipments are insured. We send with DHL or other special freight carriers. Your current order status can be reviewed at any time in your customer account. I want to sell art at whatsart, how do I do that?

You make unique urban art and you think you fit in with whatsart? Then contact us by emailing us at info[at] and tell us who you are and what you do, preferably with pictures of your work.


How do I find out about new artists and new artworks at whatsart?

On our blog we regularly introduce new artists and new artworks. Also we will provide you any news on our Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter and Google+


What is the 100% satisfaction guarantee?

Our goal is to offer flawless and high-quality artworks. Should you not be satisfied you are always welcome to contact us. We can clarify together why this could be and find a solution together.

Please note: It is possible that there may be variations in color between the presentation on and the real artwork. These are for technical reasons and can not be completely avoided because the color is individually depending on the settings of the computer used.


What advantage has the registration of a customer account?

If you join whatsart, you will receive your own personal account. There you can, for example, store multiple shipping and invoice addresses, view your past orders, view your order status and save your wish list.
