Delivery: Shipping, Payment and Return

 

Shipping
We deliver our prints in strong cardboard tubes or boxes and our unique artworks come in sturdy cardboard or wooden boxes. We value resistant packaging and safe shipping because we know how much work, time and love goes into producing these limited artworks. All posted items are covered for loss and damage. Customers are able to track their orders online and products are issued against personal signature only.

 

Shipping cost
The shipping costs vary depending on the article, the country of delivery and the shipping method and will be indicated to you in the order process before the conclusion of the order. Please find the below listing for information regarding shipping costs for insured shipping of artworks with dimensions up to 120cmx60cm60cm and a maximum of 5kg weight. Larger or heavier artworks or those with different dimensions are shipped only on request. Feel free to contact us at info@whatsart.de or simply fill in our contact form for more information.

For shipments outside Germany, other costs such as customs duty tax or other country specific taxes may apply. Such charges are not included in the shipping cost and are not influenced or covered by us. In some circumstances delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections. In this case, please get in contact with the appropriate authority of your country as such situations are beyond our control.

Please notice that ordering and shipping of picture frames is currently only available in Germany.

Payment
You can choose from the following payment methods:
prepayment via direct bank deposit (only for countrys with the currency euro) or Paypal. Please note: Direct bank deposits may take up to three business days depending on the bank company.

Delivery time
Upon receipt of your payment, we process and ship orders during our opening times (Mon-Fri 10am-20pm) within 1-3 business days. We deliver to the specified address that you state during the order process. We ship with DHL or special freight forwarders, the delivery time usually takes 4-12 business days within EU-countries and 6-21 business days for non-EU-countries after shipment.
Your current order status can be reviewed at any time in your customer account.

 

Returns
If you want to return an item please contact us in advance. Please provide the following information: your name and customer number, the order number and the item number or product name.
We will clarify the reason of return and organise the return with you together if appropriate. The cost of return will be carried by the buyer.

 

Refunds
We will refund you the purchase price if you are not satisfied with the artwork. Returned items will be checked for damage upon return item and, as the circumstances require, the refund will be initiated. The refund is issued in the same way your original way of purchase. Refunds may take an average of three business days after the transaction is complete.
Please note: we only offer limited edition artwork or unique pieces. Our artists have put a lot of time, sweat and passion in the finished product and we therefore ask you to be especially careful when handling the return. Returned items are only accepted in the original packaging. We will only refund the purchase price for unused and correctly returned products which are free of any damages.

 

Complains

Please contact us with the following information if you, contrary to expectations, receive a damaged or defective item: your name and customer number, the order number and the item number or product name. We will contact you further details on next steps immediately upon receipt of your complaint.
